You´re sad? Let´s fix that!

 *I recommend listening to some music while you are reading this.*

 Do you ever feel like nothing is right? You just want to cry and stop feeling like this? Yeah, me too. That happens everyday to me these past few weeks. But, we can change that if we try. Nobody can make us happy if we don´t decide to be happy. I´m going to tell you what I like to do when I´m sad to put myself in a better mood. :)

- Think about what makes you sad

Yeah. Maybe you think that´s not a good idea because it will make you even more sad. What you have to do? Think about that thing/person on a positive way. Maybe is someone mean to you. Start thinking about that on a positive way. How? That person is maybe jelaous. That person maybe wants to get your attencion. There can be milion of reasons so try to be positive about it. What if something bad happened? You just have to tell yourself that is over. That´s already past and you can´t fix it. You can just go forward and let it go. You can´t change the history. And always remember that so just focus on present and future. Be happy that you have the present. That is a gift. Future is a suprise so just get ready for it.


 - Listen to music

This one is really important to me. Sometimes when I want to cry to feel better after that, I listen to really sad music. But most of the times I try to listen to super loud music to put myself in a better mood. Just try to listen to music everytime something is wrong. You´ll see what I´m talking about. ;)






- Watch YouTube videos

I know that I´m not the only one who is addicted to YouTube videos. Go on YouTube, make a "playlist" with bunch of videos from your favorite YouTubers, take a cup of tea/coffe and just be alone. You forget everything bad... :) I can write a post about my favorite YouTubers, if you want. ;)

- Watch movies

Call your friend and have a movie night. That´s a great idea! You can just have fun with your friend or you can watch a movie by yourself. Then you can cry as much as you want and you will feel better.

- Cry

Sometimes people don´t want to cry because they think that they are not strong then. No, you sometimes need to cry. It helps. A lot. You won´t have that weight on your shoulders anymore. And everytime you have a feeling like you need to cry, it´s okay. Even the sky cries sometimes. You know why? Because it can´t keep that weight it has. Same thing with you. Take rid of that weight and cry.


- Go for a walk

Going for a walk is great. At night even better. At night is not many people outside and you can just walk and walk. Just clear your mind.You can even go with your friend. Walks are great for having deep conversations with your good friends.

- Deep conversation


That brings us to the next thing. Invite your really good friend and have a deep conversation. You can tell your friend why are you sad. He/she will understand. If you don´t want to talk to them, you can always tell me what´s wrong. ;)

- Invite your friend and have fun

We started talking about friends, so let´s finish that. :) Invite your friend and go for a walk, have a sleepover or anything like that. You will probably feel better if you are not alone and you are with someone that will listen what is wrong.

- Read books/magazines





I don´t want to talk too much about this because we all know how relaxing this is. Books are great. You can just get lost in the story... Or you can just take your favorite magazine and enjoy.

- Talk to you dog/cat

This is the best. I have a dog. When I´m sad, I just invite my baby to my room and I cuddle with her. I talk to her and I feel like she understands me. Some of you will probably laugh now, but I don´t care. Animals are awesome and they are better than people. They will never leave you. And they are so cuute. :3

- Drink tea

If you love tea, you should totally drink it when you are sad. If you didn´t know, tea makes you happy. It wakes up your "happy hormones" or however you call that. If you don´t like tea, drink coffee or hot chocolate. You will feel warm and cozy and that will probably make you feel at least a little bit better.

- Workout

Working out also wakes up those "happy hormones" or what ever. You will feel amazing after all that sweat, trust me.

- Do something you love

There is no need to explain this. If you love to sing, sing. If you love playing guitar, then do it! :)

- Dance

Put on some music and just dance. That will make you feel careless.

- Sleep

Make your room really dark, turn on christmas lights, put a lot of blankets and pillows on your bed/floor and sleep. Or at least just lay there.

- Wear a big sweater


This is maybe weird to you, but trust me. You feel all cozy. I feel like someone is hugging me and you have those big sleeves. Ahh, I want to wear a big sweater right now.






- Art

My favorite kinds of art are writing, drawing and painting. Write about your pain and then try to write positive about it. Draw your pain. Paint your sadness. It will make you feel better.







- Bake

It´s the best to bake cookies or something like that. The smell will make you feel better. And after you can eat them, yumm. :) You can also invite your friend to help. It´s much more fun then. 







- Decorate your room

Now it´s perfect time to change up your room. It´s Christmas time and you can take out your decorations and have fun with that.

- Tumblr/We Heart It

Tumblr and We Heart It are really relaxing in my opinion. You sholud try it. I´m more a We Heart It person. I can be on We Heart It for hours, trust me.

- Take pictures

If you love photography, this is perfect for you. Just take things you want to take pictures of, prepare the backround and start. You can take selfies, too. Or you can go for a walk and take pictures of the nature. That´s really relaxing. You actually see how nature beautiful is.

- Paint your nails





If you love painting your nails, like me, this is perfect for you. Play some nice music and paint your nails. Just take your time and relax.

    I tocno ovako se osjecam zadnja 3 tjedna i ja se pokusavam oraspolozit na neke od ovih nacina.
